  • SALES PROCESS

    Preparation and approval of a comprehensive turnkey contract tailored to specific requirements, ensuring all aspects are thoroughly addressed and aligned with client expectations.

  • PRE-CONSTRUCTION

    Land Title registration, land settlement, property information and permit approvals. Estimating orders finalised and final working drawings provided. File transferred to construction for work to commence.

  • CONSTRUCTION

    Construction commences with an average completion time of 24 weeks, allowing for thorough project planning, efficient resource management, and timely delivery, while ensuring all quality standards and specifications are met.

  • MAINTENANCE

    Assistance available for addressing minor post-construction issues following the initial 3-month period, ensuring any necessary adjustments are made promptly to maintain the overall quality and performance of the project.
